Terms and Agreements

• “App” refers to Bookworm Reads, the book tracking and social app available on various platforms.
• “Service” refers to the functionalities and features provided by the app.
• “User” or “You” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the app.
• “Content” refers to any text, images, or other materials that you or other users create or share through the app.
• “Pro Features” refer to premium features that are available through a paid subscription.

By using Bookworm Reads, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during account registration.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect other users and refrain from any form of harassment, abuse, or spamming.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the app.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the community.

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Use the app for any commercial purposes without our express permission.

• Ownership: Bookworm Reads and its content (excluding user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Bookworm Reads CLUB. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our written consent.
• User content: You retain ownership of the content you create and share. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app, on our social media platforms, and in our email newsletters. This license allows us to promote and share your content as part of our community engagement and marketing efforts.

• Pro Features: Access to Pro Features requires a subscription. The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for subscriptions, but exceptions may be made at our discretion.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
• Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, rather than in court.
